Supporting students
and teams towards a calmer, more
supportive school environment.

ATOM works with educational institutions — primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, universities and higher education — to support students, educational teams and the institution as a whole.

ATOM works within schools as a complementary external resource, supporting students, teachers, school management and administrative staff — without replacing the systems already in place.

Each form of support is defined in consultation with the institution and is guided by its values and educational framework.

An external perspective,
a human and structured approach.

Her work respects each school's values, ways of working and educational framework. It may involve students, teachers, school management, and administrative or support staff, depending on the needs identified on the ground.

Complementary external support

External support,
in service of the existing school framework.

The support is designed to complement the institution's existing structure and adapts to the needs identified on the ground. It can take place on a one-off or ongoing basis, with students, teachers, management or support staff, whenever a situation calls for an outside perspective, individual support or specific reinforcement. The format is always defined in consultation with the school.

01
Personal skills · Organisation · Motivation

For students

Tailored support addressing the specific needs of students: emotional regulation, self-confidence, communication, cooperation, work organisation, study methods, exam preparation and sustained motivation. The aim is to help each student draw on their own strengths and progress within a structured and supportive framework.

02
Professional support · Sensitive situations

For teachers
and educational teams

Support can be offered to teachers and educational teams, particularly in the face of sensitive situations, interpersonal tensions, challenges relating to school climate or specific needs for targeted support. The approach remains complementary to the existing framework and respects the dynamics already in place.

03
Coordination · External perspective · Specific support

For school leadership
and administrative staff

The support can also involve school management, administrative and support staff, where a situation calls for an outside perspective, targeted assistance or specific coordination. The format and practical arrangements are defined together with the institution, to fit the school's day-to-day reality.

04
Conflict · Tensions · School climate

Mediation and
sensitive situations

Élodie can support situations involving tension, conflict or a deteriorating school climate. The aim is to foster dialogue, mutual understanding and the search for constructive solutions, in coordination with the relevant members of the school community.

Approach & method

A coordinated approach,
anchored within each institution.

I take time to understand the school's context, the people involved and the main needs identified before beginning. The format and practical arrangements are defined together with the institution — individual or group sessions, one-off or ongoing — so that the work is well-calibrated and consistent with the educational framework already in place.

01
First step

Listen
& understand

Understand the school's context, the management's expectations, the teams' needs and the situations that require particular attention — students, conflicts, the general climate.

02
Second step

Identify priority
needs

Bring to light the most relevant areas for action: student support, team support, mediation, training, improving the school climate or preventing disengagement and bullying.

03
Third step

Act
with precision

Shape a tailored approach — individual or group sessions, workshops, mediation, team training — in alignment with the values and educational framework of the institution.

04
Fourth step

Coordinate
& embed lasting change

Ensure an integrated approach in coordination with the different stakeholders within the institution, so that the benefits are sustained over time and support the collective wellbeing of the school community.

The benefits

Tangible results
for the whole school community.
